Another Long Awaited Post

I know it's been a while since I posted, but here goes - -

I have my first closing scheduled for this Friday. Lets keep our fingers crossed that there aren't any last minute disruptions. I also have a few condo sales on the horizon and I have two listing appointments this week.

Things with Mark are good. For those who haven't heard, he has decided not to go to graduate school after all. He feels it will be too stressful to have his full time job PLUS all that homework, reading and studying. I am supporting his decision 100%. His law firm as branched out into family law which has proven to be interesting. He's not used to getting phone calls from irate spouses and such. I'll keep you posted on all the latest water cooler gossip.


Please Please Please Please send me any real estate referrals. No matter how small or large. Sellers, Buyers or Renters. I'll take them all.
