A Visitor

Friday morning as I was walking out my front door, I saw this sweet little lost doggie hanging out in my flower bed.   I called her over and she came right to me. I figured she must be a lost pet, so I took her to our vet to have her scanned for a microchip.  No Chip. Doh!  I put signs up in the neighborhood and put an add on Craigslist but no responses from her owner.  For now, she'll stay with us, but we might surrender her to a rescue organization.  She a very sweet miniature pinscher. The vet she's probably around 6 or 7 years old and she has an extremely sweet disposition.  Here's a picture.

Monday afternoon I closed on another house. Yipee.. it's pay day!

Congratulations. You look like a Realtor in that picture. Just like I see on the billbords.

CONGRATULATIONS!!! that's great!! It is unexpected that in this down market you are new at the game and are selling houses!! I always said that you could sell anything. I'm SO proud of you. You were brave to take the leap.
I want you to know that it took Larry 2 trips here- 2hrs one day and 1:30 the next to fix the computer.
The best dog we ever had was one we called a Manchester terrier--his coloring was like a doberman-avery small dog--about 5-7 lbs. He came andwent to sleep on a lawn chair and stayed when Bernie was about 2 yrs old. He was house broke--even yard broke--went to the neighbors!!
He came to NB with us and lived until Bernie was about 13--That was the only dog that we had for that long a time!! Meme
