Mark and I have decided to sell our house. We love the neighborhood and the neighbors themselves, but we have decided we need a house that's more affordable plus we'd like one with more room for us to spread out. We live in one of the most highly valued neighborhoods in San Antonio because of the excellent schools (which is nice except we have no children) but the taxes are killing us and we have a tiny tiny house.
Hopefully the house will sell profitably and quickly so we can get moved before summer.
Ok, they just tossed the coin and the Bears have elected to receive. I need to get going.

Wow! that's big news. So I guess you decided that moving is better than trying to do the bedroom/bathroom remodel? What about the new storage shed? Can you take that with you???
